1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TDACRM website (tdacrm.app) and services provided by TDACRM Solutions SRL ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Romania under CUI RO45930062.

2. Services

TDACRM provides Bitrix24 licensing, implementation, and custom application development services. Our premium apps (DupliGuard, RoSMS, WASync, and others) are provided as bonuses to clients who purchase or renew Bitrix24 licenses through us.

3. App Access

Access to premium apps is contingent on maintaining an active Bitrix24 license purchased through TDACRM. App availability and features may change. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

4. Intellectual Property

All apps, code, designs, and content created by TDACRM Solutions SRL remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use the apps for the duration of their Bitrix24 subscription through us.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services and apps are provided "as is". While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
